Our classes are designed to make you feel at peace, not pushed to your limits. In Slow Flow we use an intentionally slower, meditative pace, with several breaths in each pose, allowing you to fully experience and melt into the posture. Deeply relaxing for mind and body, this style of class incorporates elements of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga including Pranayama (breathwork) Asana (postures) and Dhyana (meditation).

The best value package, this allows you to book any 10 one hour classes. Perfect for those who want to practice 2 or three times a week. Class credits are valid for 90 days.

5 class package| £35

Valid for any 5 one hour classes. Perfect if you want to practice once or twice a week. Class credits are valid for 90 days.

Individual class £8

Great for the occasional drop in class, folks visiting the area, or as a way to try a class before you commit to a pass. Just pick the class and pay as you go!
